Muriel Napoli's Nature 525 is a square silver blue abstract painting 140x140 cm, an original one-of-a-kind work painted in 2025 with ink, acrylic, pastel and oil stick on 4 cm deep stretched canvas. Silver grey petals and granular cobalt clusters whirl across a white ground. Signed on the front, ready to hang and in stock.
A single form spins open across the white canvas, its silver grey petals sweeping outward like a flower caught in a gust of wind. This large square abstract wall art brings cool blue light and quiet movement to a living room, a bedroom or an open-plan space.
Nature 525 measures 140 x 140 x 4 cm and was painted by Muriel Napoli in December 2025 as part of her Nature series, using ink, acrylic, pastel and oil stick on stretched canvas. The square format lets the composition rotate in every direction, so the painting has no heavy side and reads evenly from anywhere in the room.
Look closely and the movement becomes legible. A spray of fine cyan droplets crosses the upper left, while granular cobalt and ultramarine clusters gather on the right and along the lower right petal, catching the light against the matte washes. At the tips of the petals, the ink pooled into deep black blots and frayed into fine, feather-like fringes. During this session, the ink was poured onto wet canvas and left to travel with the water, drying from pearl grey to charcoal; the cobalt textures were built afterwards, once the washes had settled.
Every work in the Nature series is painted by hand by Muriel Napoli. The painting is signed on the front, comes with a certificate of authenticity and arrives ready to hang, its 4 cm deep edges finished so that no frame is needed.

Frequently asked questions
Will a 140 x 140 cm painting work above a sofa? Yes. Centred above a sofa of 200 to 240 cm, it leaves balanced margins on each side and fills the wall without overwhelming it.
Is the blue bold or soft? Mostly soft. Silver grey and white dominate the surface, with the stronger cobalt and cyan accents concentrated in the upper left and on the right side.
Does it need a frame? No. The canvas is stretched on a 4 cm deep frame with finished edges and hanging hardware already installed.
How is such a large painting shipped? It is packed with reinforced protection and shipped from France. Shipping and customs duties are included in the price shown on this site.
